Joel Davis

has been with Ingle Builders since the beginning. Joel graduated from West Lincoln High School in 1981 where he was involved in sports. After graduation, he worked at Summey Building Systems in Dallas, N.C.  where he learned to read blueprints and lead a crew of carpenters. Joel went to work for Chapman & Ingle in 1984 and then stayed with Ingle Builders when Chapman & Ingle split in 1986. He is our job superintendent and has had a lot to do with our success in building quality homes for 30 years. Joel is married to Rhonda Chapman Davis and they have two children, Nicole and Zack, and to grandchildren. He and his family attend  Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Vale.  Joel's hobbies include deer hunting, turkey hunting, and fishing.

David "PeeWee" Haynes

joined Ingle Builders as a part-time employee while he was attending North Gaston High School and became full-time when he graduated in 1988. He took carpentry courses in high school and is the premier trim carpenter in North Carolina.  He is married to Tammy Bass Haynes. They live in Denver. Pee Wee's hobbies include deer hunting, turkey hunting and fishing.

Chris Alford

handles client communication and relations for Ingle Builders. He graduated from South Iredell High School in 2010 and has his Bachelor’s Degree from Piedmont International University. He is currently working on his Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He began working for Ingle Builders in November of 2018. Apart from Ingle Builders, he is the Worship Leader at Freedom Church in Lincolnton, NC. He is married to Hannah Alford and they have a son named Judah. 

 

Mark Ingle 

is the owner and president of Ingle Builders, Inc.  Mark graduated from East Lincoln High School in 1978, where he studied carpentry under George Dellinger in the Trade and Industry class. After graduation, he worked locally as a carpenter for nearly ten years.  He then became a licensed contractor and formed Ingle Builders, Inc. in 1986.

Mark continues to be well informed about the building industry and takes great pride in the quality homes he builds.  He insists on integrity, not just on the structure of the home, but from all of the people involved in building that home. 

Mark is involved in building trade associations on a local, state, and national level.  He continues to follow overall changes and innovation in the construction industry.  He is on the board of Lincoln County Home Builders and the LLC Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders and NC Home Builders.

Cindy Ingle 

manages the office of Ingle Builders. She graduated in 1977 from East Gaston High School and went on to Gaston College to earn a degree in computer science with a minor in accounting. Cindy assists Mark in the building process as a design/products consultant.  She is on the board of the Coalition Against Child Abuse and serves faithfully at Freedom Church.

Ingle Builders, Inc. is family owned and operated by Mark and Cindy Ingle. It was established in 1986 and remains successful in low-volume, high-quality custom home building in Lincoln, Gaston, Catawba, Iredell, and Mecklenburg Counties.

Ingle Builders employs two highly experienced carpenters with over 50 years combined experience with the company to ensure the highest quality trim detail. Low-volume, reputable, local sub-contractors do the remainder of the work.
